It started with a dress. A complicated dress that my mother received from her mother as a gift. I remember she wore it when she went out. She looked fantastic and very feminine in it. Now the dress is mine and one day it will be of my daughter. I designed a skirt inspired by that dress. The other pieces from the collection are all very feminine pieces that convey a strong personality. when I was working on it in my studio (it was snowing outside!) I suddenly heard the song 'Summer in the City' by the Lovin' Spoonful. It was just perfect.
